Existing reports move under the Team account for billing and shared branding. They remain private to that agent. The agent can explicitly share individual listings with selected Team members. Joining the Team does not automatically expose their reports to everyone.
No, not by default. Each listing is private to the agent responsible for it. Agents can explicitly share individual listings with selected Team members, such as another agent or a transaction coordinator. Team membership alone does not provide access to another agent's listings or offer documents.
Unused purchased listings are saved for that user. They stay dormant while Team membership provides unlimited listings. If the person later leaves the Team and returns to an individual account, those unused purchased listings are restored.
The promotional first listing does not carry over, and it is not restored later. Team membership already includes unlimited listings. Purchased listings are separate and can be restored if you leave.
Reports created under the Team stay with the Team. Access depends on who owns the listing and who it was shared with. If an agent leaves, listings they control must be reassigned to another Team member before they leave. Their personal purchased listings and any saved personal account value are restored when they return to an individual plan. They do not receive another free first listing.
Yes. The current owner can transfer ownership to another active Team member. The new owner receives billing and owner-level controls. The previous owner remains on the Team as an admin unless they later leave.
Team access continues through the paid period, and existing reports remain with the people who already have access. After the paid period ends, new analyses, added offers, and invites are paused until the Team renews or changes plan. Team data is not automatically deleted.
Single Listing is for occasional listing agents who prefer to pay per property. Agent Unlimited is for individual agents who analyze listings regularly. Team Unlimited is for groups of up to 5 users who need shared branding and centralized billing.
